Information we handle

We may handle enquiry details sent by email, client names and logos supplied for portfolio display, and student credential information such as name, pass photo, date of birth, 10th-class passing year, certificate number, issue date, and certificate image.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver training and digital services, operate the client portfolio, issue credentials, and allow third parties to verify authentic Markiino certificates.

Public credential information

A student credential can be publicly retrieved using its certificate file ID. Date of birth is masked by default. A full date of birth should be displayed only when the student has consented. Administrators should publish only information necessary for verification.

Storage and security

Administrative records are stored in a protected database. Administrative access is password-protected, direct data-file access is restricted, and uploaded file types and sizes are limited. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting and technical service providers necessary to operate the website, or disclosed where required by law.

Retention and correction

Information is retained while needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal and operational obligations. Students and clients may request correction or removal, subject to legitimate record-keeping requirements.
